Job Duties 

• Provide agricultural extension services by working closely with farmers to offer technical guidance and crop solutions.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor soil conditions, crop health, pest infestations, and disease outbreaks.
• Support the distribution of agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and farming materials.
• Collect, maintain, and update field data, farmer records, and activity reports accurately.
• Organize and conduct farmer awareness programs, training sessions, and demonstrations, especially for smallholders and specialized crops.
• Assist with land preparation, nursery management, irrigation practices, and harvesting activities when required.
• Promote modern and sustainable agricultural practices to improve crop yield and productivity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth agricultural operations and field support activities.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 35
• NVQ Level 4 / 5 / 6 (Diploma) in Agriculture or BSc in Agriculture.
• 1–2 years of experience in agricultural extension, field operations, or agribusiness (fresh or junior candidates may also be considered).
• Good knowledge of crop management, irrigation systems, pest control, and sustainable farming practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in rural and outdoor field environments.
• Valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
