Job Duties

• Visit farms, dealers, and agricultural outlets to promote company products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Provide product information and technical guidance to customers.
• Assist in implementing sales and marketing campaigns.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and orders.
• Support product demonstrations and field events when required.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 40
• G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification.
• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Agriculture will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in agricultural sales or field sales is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Valid riding license and willingness to travel for field visits.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.
• Knowledge of agricultural products, farming practices, and the local market is an advantage.
