Filipino / Tagalog Customer Service Executive (BPO) Full-Time
Job Duties
Handle inbound and outbound customer support interactions in Filipino / Tagalog via phone, email, and live chat.
Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service as a Filipino / Tagalog customer service personality, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Accurately respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests following company procedures.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards set by the BPO.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations effectively.
Represent a stable career option in Sri Lanka for Filipino job seekers in Sri Lanka and jobs for Philippines people in Sri Lanka.
Suitable for candidates transitioning from Filipino language teacher jobs in Sri Lanka, ESL teacher vacancies, or International School teacher jobs Sri Lanka into the BPO/customer service sector.
Support international clients while working onsite in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Requirements
Male/Female
Age below 45
Native or fluent Filipino / Tagalog language proficiency (spoken and written).
Basic to good English communication skills.
Prior experience in Filipino / Tagalog customer service, call center, or BPO is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
Open to Filipino / Philippine nationals in Sri Lanka seeking Filipino language vacancies in Sri Lanka.
Candidates must hold a valid Sri Lanka residence visa for work or be eligible to obtain one under Sri Lanka residence visa for work requirements.
Preferred candidates residing within 25 km of Colombo, especially:Borella,Dematagoda
Filipino / Tagalog customer service personality in Colombo
Willingness to work onsite and flexible shifts if required.
