Job Duties 

• Develop and manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes in alignment with company objectives.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and other financial metrics to ensure financial health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions through financial insights and analyses.
• Implement and maintain financial systems and controls to enhance operational efficiencies.

• Age below 40
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to diverse audiences.
