Job Duties

• Develop and manage financial models to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and oversee accurate financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Lead the budgeting process and create forecasts that reflect the company’s strategic goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members, promoting professional growth and teamwork.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age Below 35
• Following/Completing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, and/or a professional accounting qualification is a plus (CIMA, CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA)
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Minimum of 01 year of Audit experience would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots, Advance functions, and PowerPoint preferred).
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards
