Job Duties

• Financial Planning and Analysis
• Timely and accurate preparation of the monthly Management Accounts,  financial compliance matters and other adhoc Management Account  reports.
• Finance Module SAP
• Overlook the stabilization of the implemented SAP S4 Hana on the logic and reports to be generated through the system working closely with the Group IT team.
• Digitization of the Finance Function
• Work closely with the Digitization Team to transform the Financial Planning and Analysis pillar working on Robotic Process Automation in line with the Digitization Strategy.
• Leading the finance team members and giving direction to the Business Units on decision making in Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Age 30-40 years
• Should be a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ICASL) or possess a Degree in Business Management or Accounting
• At least 5 to 7 years of work experience in a similar capacity
• Any exposure to the textile/garment industry will be an added advantage.
• Should be proactive, assertive and self- driven with the ability to work in pressurized situations.
• Should possess good interpersonal skills and be able to deal with multi-disciplinary internal and external teams.
• Should be IT literate, possess quantitative aptitudes along with good communication, analytical skills and possess task prioritization and time management capabilities.
