Job Duties:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of international markets and export-related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports for global operations.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposure and manage international payment cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing, cost control, and margin analysis for export markets.
• Liaise with international clients, vendors, and banks for financial arrangements and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for overseas markets.
• Ensure timely filing of tax and statutory obligations in relevant jurisdictions.
• Lead financial audits for international operations.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female
• Age below 45 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field / CIMA / CA Sri Lanka – Fully Qualified (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5+ years of post-qualification experience in finance, including international operations / export markets.
