Job Duties

• Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize profitability and support business growth.
• Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Preparation and finalization of monthly and annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Proven 5-7 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Age below 37 years
  
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
