Job Duties Develop and execute financial strategies to optimize profitability and support business growth.Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Preparation and finalization of monthly and annual financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.Proven 5-7 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.Age below 37 years Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.Exceptional leadership and team management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
