Job Duties

• Provide support and insight to the other teams to enhance the quality and level of their analyses
• Guide strategic decisions by monitoring and providing value-added analysis on key markets and sectors where our products
• participate. Identify trends, competitors moves and end users’ preferences.
• Generate data analysis to streamline Business Development efforts.
• Develop plans to materialize the strategy and guarantee alignment between the top Management and the Executive Team
• Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance periodically
• Identify Industry best practices and implement key initiatives to develop across the company
• Align processes, department goals and KPIs with the overall strategy
• Provide insights and tools to promote organizational Learning and Growth across the company and the adoption of best management practices
• Monitor Economic performance of Sri Lanka and the key regions where we export our products
• Monitor currency fluctuations, commodity pricing and forecasting and price fluctuations of key raw materials 

Requirements

• Male / Female 
• Age below 35
• Degree (Economics/Business Administration/Accounting)
• Fully Qualified in CIMA/CA or Any Professional Qualifications
• 3+ years experience
• Good in English
