Front Office Executive Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities  
  • Support marketing executives in organizing various task
  • Update spreadsheets & databases   
  • Preparing Files               
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages    
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)  
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them  
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)       

Requirements

  • Female
  • Age below 45 years of age  
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar filed 
  • Knowledge in Ms Office package and Computer Literacy     
  • Excellent communication Skills (Sinhala, English and Tamil) 
  • Good Team player who can work under pressure     
  • Experience is MS Office and Computer literacy essential.      
  • Capable of multi-tasking and willing to work in any position when required be motivated and driven to overcome challenges and achieve result
