Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Age below 55
• Over 10 years of experience within the Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry, out of which 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Experienced in leading and driving a Freight Forwarding/Logistics team in achieving company goals.
• A degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics or an equivalent qualification from a recognized/ professional institute will be an added advantage.
• Have a "sales focus" and the ability to drive the strategic expansion of the unit with teamwork and prudent planning.
• Well versed with all local rules and regulations relating to Liner/Freight Forwarding/ Project Logistics Operations.
• Natural Leader, hard worker and willingness to work long hours
• Be fluent in English, have good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to grasp and interpret financial data.
