The selected candidote should have a strong F&B background, experience in implementing service, quality and safety standards and drive guest satisfaction.
Job Duties
• Be responsible for the achievement of the hotel's revenue and cost control targets
• Provide strong leodership & motivation to the teamsContinually elevate levels of internal and external customer service
• Identify guest needs and respond proactively
• Ensure compliance to all SOPs and safety & hygiene certifications with thorough documentation
• Recruit, manage, train, and develop the team
• Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Work within budgeted guidelines
• Assist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
• Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
• Accountable for monthly stock takes
Requirements
•Male
•Age below 50
•12 years experience in the industry with 5 years in a managerial capacity and previous Food and Beverage Management
• Degree in Hospitality Management
• Ability lo spat and resolve problems
• Highly organized w ith a strong work
