Job Role

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use property developments.
• Drive the successful implementation of the company's development strategy while ensuring profitability and shareholder value.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and resource allocation.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Design, Quantity Surveying, Quality Assurance, and Project Management.
• Coordinate and manage Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, and Regulatory Authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, environmental, and building regulations.
• Monitor project performance, cost control, contract administration, risk management, and reporting.
• Support feasibility studies, financial modelling, development planning, and investment evaluations.
• Lead project handovers and ensure seamless transition to facility management and operations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to support ongoing and future developments.

Job Requirements

• Male
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Economics, or a related discipline.
• MBA or MSc in Project Management will be a distinct advantage.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or property development.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects from concept to completion.
• Strong expertise in Contract Administration, Consultant Management, Contractor Coordination, Cost Control, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and project delivery skills.
