Job Role

• Provide strategic leadership in driving and executing the company’s property development vision and long-term growth strategy.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from concept design, planning, execution to final handover.
• Ensure budget optimization, cost efficiency, and financial performance excellence across all projects.
• Direct and inspire cross-functional high-performance teams including Design, Engineering, QA, Cost & Project Management.
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement with Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, and Regulatory Authorities.
• Ensure operational excellence in construction progress monitoring, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee contract governance, variation management, claims evaluation, and certification of payments.
• Contribute to investment appraisals, feasibility analysis, and financial modelling for new developments.
• Ensure seamless infrastructure integration and project handover excellence to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Male/ Female 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• MBA / MSc in Project Management (preferred).
• Minimum 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in real estate, construction, or property development.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments from inception to completion.
• Strong expertise in contract administration, cost optimization, and consultant/contractor management.
• Demonstrated experience in regulatory approvals, compliance management, and stakeholder negotiations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical insight, and executive reporting skills.
