Job Duties

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and meet sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s customer base.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing , Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding and logistics industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, and supply chain processes.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
