• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA would be plus
• Experience: Minimum of 5-Tyears in customer service management, preferably in a global capacity.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of customer service principles, sales processes, and best practices in the Export industry.
