Job Duties:

• Lead the global PR and marketing communications strategy of the company.
• Act as the brand custodian across all international locations.
• Organize and execute pop-up events and participate in prestigious industry events (e.g., Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants).
• Build and manage media relationships, influencer engagement, and strategic collaborations.
• Oversee the opening of new restaurants in multiple countries.
• Collaborate closely with chefs and culinary media to position the brand on the global stage.
• Manage content direction, brand storytelling, and creative writing.
• Lead the team in digital marketing, including Meta Ads and social media campaigns.
• Host industry leaders, chefs, and media at brand events.

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Public Relations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in hospitality, food, or luxury brands preferred.
• A flair for storytelling, art direction, and food journalism.
• Proven experience in social media marketing and paid advertising (Meta Ads).
• High energy, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple time zones.
• Passionate about food, wine, and the culinary world.
• Willingness to travel extensively and represent the brand internationally.
• Capable of working under pressure and reporting to a high-expectation leadership team.
