Job Duties 

• Oversee all aspects of the automation program, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Ensure that all automation projects are aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
• Design and develop innovative automation solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure that all automation projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Handover completed automation solutions to business users in a timely and efficient manner.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in robotics technology, programming, digitalization, and Industry 4.0.
• Develop and implement a strategy for the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Manage and mentor the automation team and ensure that they have the skills and resources they need to be successful.
• Develop and implement an automation strategy that maximizes efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Master's degree in automation, robotics, or a related field is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in automation engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of automation engineers.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex automation projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with a variety of automation tools and technologies.
• Extensive knowledge of automation principles and technologies.
• Deep understanding of robotics technology, programming, digitalization, and Industry 4.0.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and operations.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
