Job Duties:

• Responsible for operation of the entire building and maintenance of the building systems to its highest standards.
• Manage staff engaged in Operation & maintenance of building services engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).
• Responsible for identification and scheduling of regular inspection and testing of critical engineering systems of the buildings.
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures of Facilities Management Department.
• Responsible for Energy Management of the buildings.

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 45 
• B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University together with MBA or MSc in a relevant discipline.
• Over 10 years’ experience in Engineering, Operations and Maintenance in high rise buildings
• Experience in maintaining Electrical Systems, MVAC Systems, Generators, Vertical Transportation Systems, VFDs, BMS, Fire Alarm System and troubleshooting the same will be required.
• Formal qualification and track record in Energy Management will be considered as an added advantage
• Be conversant with Building Services Engineering, Technical and Compliance audits and Report Writing
• Good Communication and People Management Skills
• Preference will be given to candidates residing within a 25km radius of the workplace
