Job Duties

• To be responsible for performance /operations of the given region or assigned branch 
• Responsible for acquiring new clients and identifying new prospects as needed to enhance or sustain the deposit portfolio
• Building solid customer relationships and capitalizing on value in each relationship to grow the deposit portfolio
• Provide deposit business plans/progress reports on a monthly basis
• Collaborate all stakeholders and provide efficient best in-class service to the customers
• Organize and execute marketing campaigns when required

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Age below 50
• Minimum of 7 years' similar experience in banking or finance industry
• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a professional qualification in CIM/SLIM/CIMA will be an added advantage
• Demonstrate utmost professionalism and integrity in carrying out the job Should be a team player who works towards common business goals
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of current market conditions and competitors
