Job Duties

• Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives, with a particular focus on SAP systems and other peripheral systems.
• Define the roadmap for Analytics, SAP rollouts, upgrades using Fiori, and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Lead and manage the implementation of SAP Rollouts and change requests.
• Ensure the successful integration of SAP systems with other business applications, such as finance, HR, Operations and supply chain management.
• Oversee the customization, configuration, and optimization of SAP modules to meet specific business requirements
• Manage the company's overall IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and security systems.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective communication, coordination, and timely delivery of IT projects.
• Manage the IT budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-efficiency and value for the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a definite advantage
• Relevant certifications in SAP and project management (e.g., SAP Certified Professional, PMP) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on SAP implementation and management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects and managing complex IT projects.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and data management principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
