Job Duties
IT Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives, with a particular focus on SAP systems and other peripheral systems.
- Define the roadmap for Analytics, SAP rollouts, upgrades using Fiori, and enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Management:
- Lead and manage the implementation of SAP Rollouts and change requests.
- Ensure the successful integration of SAP systems with other business applications, such as finance, HR, Operations and supply chain management.
- Oversee the customization, configuration, and optimization of SAP modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce SAP best practices, standards, and policies.
IT Infrastructure and Operations:
- Manage the company's overall IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and security systems.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and services, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
Team Management and Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective communication, coordination, and timely delivery of IT projects.
- Manage the IT budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-efficiency and value for the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a definite advantage
- Relevant certifications in SAP S/4HANA and project management (e.g., SAP Certified Professional, PMP) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on SAP implementation and management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects and managing complex IT projects.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, security, and data management principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
