Ensure all customer orders are delivered as planned and monthly sales and OTIF targets being achieved
Acting as a focal point of contact between sales team in Canada/ Dubai, operation team in Pakistan, Local customers and factory operations team to ensure on time in full and smooth operations flow.
Coordination of customers when they visit factory, ensure adequate information is provided regarding factory and products, keeping the confidentiality of information to maintain better relationships and make them delight.
Ensuring all the details including customer data are communicated to the relevant departments effectively to have continuous flow and elimination of delays.
Responsible for order confirming activities
Make sure Art Works completed 60 days prior to the delivery date.
Effectively filling the production capacity with the support of the Midas and direct customers.
Report in a timely and periodically to management, the status and health of the function
Send accurate reports to the customer/OSL on time.
Evaluate, Coach, develop and motivate the team, identify training needs of team members and arrange necessary trainings to improve their performance.
