Job Duties
Design and execute talent management strategies to facilitate sourcing training and development , build leadership capabilities while manage key talent and succession planning process.
Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build a strong pipeline of candidates with right skills
Focus on building the core competencies of the organization by design and implement various development initiatives.
Identify their growth and retention within the organization.
Oversee the performers management process , facilitating the process of managing high performers, recognition schemes and non- performers.
Develop and maintain a succession planning framework to identify and groom future leaders and implementation of strategies to mitigate talent gaps of key positions.
Provide insight and recommendations based on talent metrics to drive informed decision -making

Male / Female
Age below 45
Degree in human Rescore , Business administrator or a relates field.
10+ years of Experience
Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in talent managements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
