Job Duties 

• Maintaining Health & Safety standards, Machine safety, Electricity, Chemical safety, Boiler safety, fire safety , Security requirements in the factory and audit tracking reports, audit reports. CAP reports and update the management when required.
• Provide safety and environmental briefing for visitors to promote and support occupational health and safety
• Co-ordinate with the relevant parties and engage in obtaining relevance compliance certification for the plant,
• Knowledge in quality management, social compliance standards, international compliance standards requirements for US, Europe,
• Engage with relevant training authorities and ensure to conduct awareness sessions on health and safety for employee whilst maintaining accurate records on the same
• Conduct regular audit to ensure that compliance requirements are maintained within the factory as per the set slandered
• Over-see the factory’s building and maintain activities by coordinating with maintenance team and engage in improving /introducing new maintenance initiatives to build safe environment for our associate.
• Ensure that fire safety slandered are maintained within the factory premises and take initiatives to conduct fire drills and necessary awareness sessions on same
• Review water and energy consumption levels in the plant on the daily basis and propose improvements ideas to increase savings,
• Liaise with relevant institution and obtain information regarding changes amendments made in the legal aspects related to sustainable manufacturing and ensure to educate the employees /relevant personnel on same.
• Make sure regular training to enhance the behavioral safety and related know how about PPE, MSDS, Fire evacuation, First aid…etc.

• 2-3 years’ experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Good Negotiation and Leadership skills
