Job duties

• Maintain and monitor Health & Safety standards, including machine, chemical, electrical, boiler, fire safety, and factory security requirements.
• Manage safety audit reports, CAP reports, compliance updates, and present findings to senior management.
• Conduct safety and environmental briefings for visitors and ensure full compliance with OHS guidelines.
• Coordinate with external institutions to obtain plant compliance certifications.
• Possess knowledge of Quality Management, Social Compliance, and international standards (US & Europe).
• Organize and maintain training records for employee health & safety awareness programs.
• Conduct regular factory audits to ensure compliance with internal and external safety standards.
• Assist the engineering/maintenance team with factory building maintenance to ensure workplace safety.
• Manage fire safety processes, including fire drills and safety training.
• Monitor daily energy and water consumption, recommending improvements.
• Stay updated on legal changes related to sustainable manufacturing and communicate updates accordingly.
• Conduct training on PPE usage, MSDS handling, first aid, fire evacuation procedures, and behavioral safety improvements.

Requirements

• Male 
• Age below 35
• Professional qualifications in Health & Safety (NEBOSH / IOSH / NDT / Diploma preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
