Job Duties

• Supervise and manage a team of janitors, cleaners, and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across mall premises.
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping operations in large-scale facilities.
• Allocate daily cleaning schedules and tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies management.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to maintain service standards.
• Manage staff performance and ensure smooth ancillary service operations.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 40
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Housekeeping / Ancillary Services / Janitorial Services.
• Experience in Hotels, Hospitals, Shopping Malls, Apartments, or large-scale buildings.
• Proven ability to supervise housekeeping teams and manage operations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
