HR Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Provide Clerical And Administrative Support & Assist With Day To Day Operations.
  • Processing Documentation, Compiling & Updating Employee Records.
  • Assist In Payroll Activities By Providing Relevant Data.
  • Handling Performance Evaluations, Complaints And Grievance Procedures.
  • Scheduling Interviews With Candidates.
  • Deal With Employee Requests Regarding Human Resources Issues, Rules, And Regulations.
  • Conducting Orientation Programs To Newly Joined Staff.
  • Work Together With Recruiters To Source Candidates Filling Available Vacancies.

Requirements 

  • Male Candidate
  • HR Degree, PQHRM Or Any Human Resource Related Valid Diploma.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 Year Experience In HR Field.      
  • Age below 30.
  • External Communication Skills
  • Computer Literacy
