HR Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and training sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the coordination of employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare and process HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and performance appraisals.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the HR department, including turnover rates and training effectiveness assessments.


Requirements

  • Male / Female
  • Age Below 45
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minumum 1 years experience in human resources role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
