HR Business Partner (Manufacturing) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Serve as a strategic partner to management by providing expert advice on HR-related issues.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide guidance on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and develop effective onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Advise on compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks.


Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Proven experience in talent management and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple priorities.
