Administer payroll for team members in collaboration with the service provider, ensuring timely salary payments and maintaining accurate reports and records.
Prepare and manage documents related to EPF and ETF claims, maintaining records to ensure timely processing for employees.
Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new team members.
Gather and analyze data to prepare presentations and manpower reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances related to remuneration, attendance, absenteeism, and other personal issues affecting work performance.
Motivate employees to enhance productivity.
Identify and revise key HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legal standards.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards, including MOS, SOPs, compliance, health and safety, and 5S practices in daily activities.
Assist in relevant projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resource Management, Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
