HR Executive Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Assist to manage the Talent Acquisition process by publishing adverts, shortlisting CVs and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding process of new hires whilst arranging necessary onboarding materials and induction programmers.
  • Maintain and update all employee personal files ensuring all records are accurate, up to date and securely stored.
  • Coordinating offboarding process of the departing employees by following up relevant formalities
  • Facilitate and coordinate HR services on daily basis such as letter requests, employee queries and provide support for HR related matters to the employees.
  • Assist to arranging Training programmers, HR special projects and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist to handle the employee grievances, disputes and disciplinary issues by providing administrative support.
  • Manage the HRIS system and ensure the data accuracy whilst generating reports and providing insights to the management.
  • Monitor and track employee attendance and leave records whilst providing necessary inputs to the group HR to process the monthly payroll. 

Requirements

  • Male
  • Age below 30
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HRM in a similar capacity at a reputed organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, or any other equivalent professional qualification.
  • Hands on experience in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
