Job Duties:
Attendance & Absenteeism Monitoring
- Analyze daily absenteeism reports and share with management.
- Conduct follow-ups for employees with frequent absenteeism.
Employee Relations and Grievance Handling
- Maintain sound employee relations and address grievances related to attendance, absenteeism, remuneration, etc.
- Provide feasible solutions to employee issues and motivate the workforce to enhance productivity.
- Conduct floor visits to identify grievances (Day & Night shifts).•Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) Coordination
HR Policy Revisions and Updates
- Identify key areas requiring updates or revisions in HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure alignment with current legal and compliance standards.
Event Management
- Organize periodic/annual plant events per calendar
- Host factory visits of top management
Admin Oversight (Hostels, Food, Canteen, Security)
- Visit hostels to check maintenance and housekeeping
- Inspect kitchen and canteen services regularly and ensure Outsourced services are aligned to the standards
- Meet with Security OIC - Check IB and understand about daily security plan and discuss security Concerns if any.
Compliance with Organizational Standards
- Ensure adherence to company standards (SOPs, compliance, health, and safety, 5S) in daily activities.
- Assist in projects related to compliance and process improvement.
Additional Responsibility
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business/Human Resource Management OR Professional Qualification in HR.
- Reading a postgraduate qualification would be a definite advantage.
- 2 to 3 Years Experience in similar field, and experience in human resource management would be an added advantage.
- Strategic mind set and ability to think in new avenues.
- Excellent language proficiency and ability to communicate sensibly.
- Strategic thinking and effective influencing.
