To be the main point of contact for general HR enquiries
from both internal and external customers, referring queries where necessary to
the appropriate member of the team.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, attract
employees, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and managing
orientation and on-boarding process.
Managing probationary reports & conduct probationer
evaluations on time.
Develop and maintain human resources systems that meet HRIS
personnel information needs and maintaining records & related information
on Executive & above cadre while ensuring its accuracy.
Managing the personnel records and ensuring all are kept up
to date, & which required due to the nature of the position.
Manage employee training/development program and Identify
training needs of Executive & above employees, arrange necessary trainings
to improve their performance.
Timely Carryout & manage performance evaluation
procedure including Mid-year review, Year-end review, PIPs and TRMs.
Ensure 100% of compliance levels in system & regulatory
standards in HR function.
Leading of negotiations between the organization and
Executive & above employees when required.
Timely Provide the accurate HR Analytics for company
requirements.
Manage employee exit interviews, clearances & any other
regarding employee resignations.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management
Minimum 5 year experience
Effective communication skills
Resilience, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
with a wide range of people.
Ability to operate within tight deadlines and manage a
number of work activities at any given time.
