HR Manager Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee hiring processes, interview candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture, resolve conflicts, and ensure employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and guide teams toward growth.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training programs.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to Sri Lankan labor laws, policies, and company regulations.
  • Payroll & Benefits Management: Manage salaries, benefits, and compensation structures.
  • HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Workforce Planning: Forecast hiring needs and develop long-term HR strategies.

Requirements

  • Male
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Age Below 45
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
