HR Manager Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Leadership & Guidance: Oversee daily HR functions, acting as the Business Partner for the assigned sector/division.​
  • Process Improvement: Implement HR efficiencies to enhance sector and overall HR division performance.​
  • HR Services: Deliver HR support tailored to internal customer needs.​
  • Training Coordination: Manage and coordinate training schedules to address employee development needs.​
  • Employee Relations: Address disciplinary issues and grievances impartially, ensuring confidentiality.​
  • Recruitment: Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent within agreed timelines.​
  • Performance Management: Administer performance evaluations, facilitating timely increments and promotions.​
  • Strategic Initiatives: Assist in executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements 

  • Male
  • Age Below 45
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute.
  • Preferred a master’s degree specialized in HR or General.
  • Overall, 07 years of experience in HR with minimum 03 years of experience being responsible/ overseeing the HR Operations of a company, supervising people.
  • Sound knowledge in Labour Regulations.
  • Effective verbal and written Communication and relationship building skills to influence change.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office is a must.
