Job Duties

• Actively facilitate recruitment process by attracting the best talent to the Company and ensure
• timely fulfillment of the vacancies.
• Ensure employee life cycle is being followed up and relevant administrative tasks are completed
• within relevant due dates
• Monitor employee attendance and leave utilization
• Ensure timely submission of necessary information for salary administration on monthly basis
• Carry out the bi-annual performance evaluation process
• Preparation of MIS reports and HR presentations to the management
• Perform compliance site visits and ensure all compliance related documents are furnished
• accurately on time.
• Face timely external/internal audits of the company and reply to relevant audit reports
• Disciplinary management, grievance handling and facilitate health and safety requirements
• Coordinate with other stakeholders such as labor department, central bank etc. to fulfil statuary's requirements

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 40
• A Degree from Human Resources Management from a recognized university or fully qualified in
• CQHRM/PQHRM from CIPM Sri Lanka
• Minimum 5 years of experience covering all Key Result Areas of Human Resource Management
• Sound knowledge on Labour Laws will be a distinct advantage
• Competent in Microsoft Office Package and familiar with HRIS
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Written & Verbal)
• Excellent team player with positive attitude and can-do-mindset
• Self-motivated and energetic individual with sound leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under minimum supervision
