Hygiene Executive (Hotels & Restaurants) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation procedures to meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all areas within our facilities to assess and address any hygiene-related issues.
  • Oversee food handling and storage practices, ensuring they comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain a hygienic environment throughout the guest journey.
  • Train and educate employees on proper hygiene practices, including the correct use of cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability at all times.
  • Investigate any hygiene-related incidents or complaints and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices related to hygiene and sanitation.


Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Age below 40
  • 03 years proven experience as a Hygiene Officer, Food Safety Officer, or a similar role in the hospitality or food industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and sanitation best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and guide staff effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene will be an advantage.
