Import & Purchasing Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Communicating with the buyer, vendor, bank, freight forwarder and broker to resolve any problems on the orders, shipments and payments
  • Processes LC / TT 
  • Seeking reliable vendors or suppliers to provide quality goods at reasonable prices
  • Gains approval for purchasing contracts with new vendors or on new supplies
  • Continuously comparison shops to make sure the company gets the best possible prices on needed supplies
  • Negotiating prices and contracts
  • Forecasting upcoming demand
  • Determining quantity and timing of deliveries
  • Reviewing technical specifications for raw materials, components, equipment or buildings
  • Communicates with suppliers and to make sure supplies get where company need
  • Processes payments and invoices
  • Checks inventory, tracks how inventory is used, and adjusts purchasing habits in accord with apparent trends

Requirements 

  • Male
  • Professional Qualification
  • Age below 30
  • 1- 2 years experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good Computer Literacy
