Intern Customer Service & Sales Opertions Full-Time
Job Duties
Coordinate and support regional sales operations across multiple markets and product categories.
Monitor regional sales performance, order progress, and invoicing coordination to ensure smooth operational flow.
Assist in preparing sales reviews, business presentations, and category performance reports for management discussions.
Liaise with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Regional Directors (RDs) to gather market insights, business updates, and sales-related information.
Coordinate with Procurement, Technical, and other internal departments to ensure timely readiness of products and equipment related to New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
Maintain category-related reports, trackers, and operational updates to support effective business decision-making.
Provide coordination support for Business Intelligence (BI) reporting requirements and follow-up activities.
Support category management functions, strategic business projects, and regional initiatives as required.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of sales and category-related activities.

G.C.E. A/L qualification.
Undergraduates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
