Job Duties 

• Provide accurate and realistic valuations for vehicles submitted for assessment while adhering to company guidelines.
• Conduct physical vehicle inspections, evaluating condition, mileage, specifications, and other value-impacting factors.
• Support branch staff by sharing technical knowledge and providing training on vehicle valuation practices.
• Stay updated on market trends, vehicle pricing, and depreciation models to ensure competitive and reliable valuations.
• Maintain professional and cordial relationships with branches and stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Analyze automotive market movements and recommend appropriate valuation adjustments.
• Maintain detailed and well-organized valuation records for easy access and compliance.

Requirements 

• Male
• Age below 40
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in motor vehicle valuation or automotive inspection.
• Diploma in Automobile Engineering from a recognized institute (such as CGTTI) or NVQ Level 4 qualification from NAITA.
• Affiliate or Associate membership with IAESL will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle specifications, appraisal techniques, and automotive systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
