Job Duties

• Develop International Business for  Tires ( Material Handling, Agriculture and Construction tires )
• Establish distributors for Speciality Tires in certain countries.
• Support overseas sales managers in developing more business in their countries and regions.
• Drive to lead the business growth of Speciality Tires in the countries / region you will be responsible for.
• Efficiently interact between overseas customers, sales managers and the factory in Sri Lanka.
• Ensure strategic plans and business plans are implemented efficiently to achieve desired goals.
• Achieve Sales, Marketing, Financial and operational objectives set by management.
• Coordinate new product development activities with the Research & Development team.
• Overlook export order management and maintain reports in respective region.

Requirements 

• Male / Female
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, customer service or business development
• Knowledge of speciality tires and international tire distributor business in a plus
• Commitment to generate new sales and achieve outstanding business results
• Dynamic and accomplished individual who inspires confidence and leads by example
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
