International Customer Service Executive Full-Time
Job Duties
End-to-End Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for our international customers, and our international sales team providing timely and professional assistance throughout the order fulfillment process.
Order Management: Coordinate all aspects of order processing, including order entry, confirmation, tracking, and delivery scheduling, to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively, providing accurate information and solutions with the ability to think on your feet and be proactive to ensure a positive customer experience.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with international customers. and our global sales team understanding their unique needs and preferences, and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, production, logistics, finance, and quality assurance, to coordinate order fulfillment activities and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, order status, and shipment details, payments, and generate regular reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Male / Female
Age below 40
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in customer service, order management, or related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in other languages will be definite plus.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with specific expertise in MS excel and experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
