Diagnose
and resolve hardware and software issues, perform upgrades, and manage the
installation and configuration of operating systems and applications to
ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Ensure
the continuous availability and reliability of devices at
business-critical points to minimize downtime and prevent disruption of
plant operations
Ensure
the security, health, and performance of end-user devices by implementing
regular patching, updates, and system maintenance in line with
organizational standards and best practices.
Manage
IT asset inventory (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Photocopiers, and
Peripherals) by maintaining accurate records, coordinating with service
partners, and following up on service requests to ensure timely resolution
and minimal downtime.
Provide
on-site and remote IT support during weekdays to ensure the smooth
operation of plant activities across all plants.
Assist
in monitoring network performance and promptly escalate major disruptions
to the network team for resolution.
Troubleshoot
and resolve basic LAN/WAN connectivity issues and Wi-Fi access problems in
coordination with local technical teams.
Log,
prioritize, and track support requests through the organization’s
ticketing system.
Ensure
issues are resolved or closed within agreed timelines.
Develop
user guidelines and training materials and conduct training sessions to
ensure proper adoption and effective use of IT systems and services.

Male/ Female
Age below 35
Bachelor’s
degree in IT from a recognized university.
Minimum
2 Year of Experience in IT Support Role or a similar role.
Experience
in Computer Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
Proficiency
in Administrating Microsoft 365 Services (Azure AD / Intune / SharePoint /
Teams /OneDrive) & Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
