Job Duties

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users
• Support the installation and configuration of computer systems and networks
• Maintain and monitor network security protocols
• Perform regular system updates and backups to ensure data integrity
• Document technical processes and procedures for future reference
• Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person to resolve user inquiries
