Job Duties

• Create original content in Japanese for websites, blogs, social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Translate and localize content from English to Japanese and Japanese to English while maintaining accuracy and context.
• Proofread, edit, and review Japanese content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors to develop engaging content strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to produce effective content campaigns.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital marketing performance within the Japanese market.
• Ensure all content aligns with company branding and communication guidelines.
• Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Adapt content according to cultural nuances and preferences of Japanese audiences.
• Stay updated with current trends, language usage, and digital content practices in Japan.

Requirements

• Male / Female 
• Age Below 35
• in Japanese Language, Linguistics, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Proven experience in content writing, copywriting, translation, or localization for Japanese audiences.
• Strong understanding of Japanese culture, communication styles, and consumer behavior.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital content marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently under deadlines.
• Experience working with international brands or multilingual content projects.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends in Japan.
