Job Duties:

• Manage trading operations with Japanese clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese stakeholders.
• Coordinate import/export documentation and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers and customers.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other trade-related documentation.
• Monitor shipments and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide prompt support to Japanese clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of trading activities.
• Prepare regular sales and trading performance reports for management.

Requirements:

• Male/ Female
• Age below 37
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in international trading, customer relation, or relevant field
• Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N2 or N1 preferred) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
