Japanese Translator Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Japanese clients with onboarding, appointments, and operational support.
  • Prepare bilingual reports, presentations, and correspondence when required.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a professional and culturally appropriate manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
  • Support management with administrative and coordination tasks related to Japanese clients.

Requirements:

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 37
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in translation, customer relations, or client servicing.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
  • JLPT N2 or N1 qualification is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates residing within a 25 km radius will be given preference.
