Job Role 

• Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for management and executive-level decision-making.
• Analyze monthly financial performance, budgets, and variances to provide actionable insights.
• Create and manage advanced Excel-based financial models, data tracking sheets, and automated reports.
• Perform data validation and anomaly detection to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
• Utilize Power BI features, including DAX expressions and data source integrations, to optimize reporting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and data visualization best practices.
• Support business planning and decision-making by providing timely analytical insights.

Job Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Age below 30
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic achievements or project portfolios in data analytics are encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, data source integration, and DAX functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formula creation.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and identify data anomalies.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis will be an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn emerging data analysis and business intelligence tools.
