Junior Business Development Executive (IT Hardware) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT hardware sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and distributors.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Generate leads and follow up on potential clients to convert them into business.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Support promotional activities, events, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT hardware and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 40
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT hardware industry.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and IT products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
